Electronic visas
All applicants for Islamic Republic of Iran visas must return to at the electronic visa system at the e-visa website and register all the required information and receive the track code (together with the barcode) and handover the following documents and then come to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi.
Original passport (passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have two blank pages).
Present a valid Indian residence card.
Present a piece of biometric photo 4x3 without glasses and hat.
Present consent letter of the father for whose are under age , which has been approved by a notary.
Present valid insurance documents.
Tips:
The passport photo must have scanned in appropriate quality (resolution 300 and maximum 50 KB) and uploaded to the visa system.
Other items:
People who have a valid passport can obtain 14-day visas at the
Entrance of economic zones for travel those regions.
After enter to the free zones, foreign nationals, for travel to other
parts must get proper visa via provincial offices of the representations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in the same region and receive the necessary visas according to the regulations.
In order to enter other free zones that do not have direct entrance by air, sea or land, the applicants must obtain the necessary visas via one of the political and consular representations of the Islamic Republic of Iran abroad.
An Iranians who have not renounced their citizenship (have an Iranian passport) and at the same time have an Indian passport or refugee documents cannot travel to Iran with a foreign document, these people must obtain a new passport and enter to the country with an Iranian passport.
