Who Can Apply?

All international students from all over the world are encouraged to apply.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates wishing to apply to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences for a first degree, must complete the online application form. The original documents will be required at the time of registration. Applying to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences is free, and applicants are not charged for it. This process takes place online and electronically.  Please go to the Application Form to begin the application procedure. Applicants are required to submit their applications online.

Once you have applied online, we will review your application closely at the Office of Admissions and inform you about the results through an email. In case any part of your application is incomplete, this office will consider your application “incomplete” and will not process it any further and will email you with the list of missing documents.Complete applications will be forwarded to the related school and department for more careful consideration.Once you reach the application form, carefully provide all the necessary information in order to successfully submit your application.

Please bear in mind that before filling out the application form, it is better to decide on and determine your level of study (e.g. B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. etc.) as well as your choice of major, program or course (e.g. Medicine , Dental Medicine , Pharmacy ,etc.). Moreover, carefully read the requirements specified for your level and major and have all the necessary documents ready before proceeding to the application form

Required Documents

Documents Required for Graduate Programs:

•  A passport-size photograph
•  High School Diploma/Secondary School Certificate, Associate Degree, Bachelor’ degree, Master’s degree. Ph.D. Degree, Professional Doctorate
• A copy of passport’s main pages
• A Resume or C.V.
• Proficiency in English and Acceptable Scores:

Language requirements: Evidence of English proficiency on the TOEFL or IELTS tests. The minimum scores for TOEFL PBT, TOEFL iBT and IELTS are 525, 69 and 5.5 respectively.

Documents Required for Postgraduate Programs:

•  A passport-sized photograph
•  A copy of passport’s main pages
• Sc. and Secondary School or equivalent certificates for the applicants of M.Sc. Degree.

M.Sc./ M.D.  and equivalent certificates for the applicants of Ph.D. degrees.

• Language requirements: Evidence of English proficiency on the TOEFL or IELTS tests The minimum scores for TOEFL PBT, TOEFL iBT and IELTS are 533, 72 and 5.5 respectively.
•  A Resume or C.V.
• Cover Letter: This letter demonstrates which program you are deciding to apply for.
• Two recommendation letters

Documents Required for Specialty, Subspecialty and Fellowship Programs:

•  A passport-sized photograph
•  A copy of passport’s main pages
• Language requirements: Evidence of English proficiency on the TOEFL or IELTS tests the minimum scores for TOEFL PBT, TOEFL iBT and IELTS are 533, 72 and 5.5 respectively.
• High School Diploma
• A Resume or C.V.
• Cover Letter: This letter demonstrates which program you are deciding to apply for
• Two recommendation letters
• B.B.S. /M.D. or equivalent certificates for the applicants of Specialty Programs
• B.B.S. /M.D. and specialty or equivalent certificates for Subspecialty or Fellowship Programs
• The Certificate of Internship or Certificate of Practice for the applicants of Specialty, Subspecialty and Fellowship degrees.
• Transcripts of M.B.B.S. /M.D degree
• Specialty course evaluation score for Subspecialty
• Rotations  passed during the specialty period and its duration
